Our Women Empowered Fall session will be commencing on **SEPTEMBER 15, 2015** and runs through to February 26, 2016. Classes will be scheduled for one hour on Mondays (7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) and Fridays (8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.), all classes will be taught by Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy Women Empowered Certified Instructors.
